So yeah, Nightmare Moon is actually pretty awesome. This was pretty tedious but I enjoyed making it.

Be warned, this one is even bigger than most traces I do. She isn't as stumpy as a regular pony and I wanted to be sure every detail would be clear, not to mention her mane and tail takes up a ton of space. So yeah, LOL at 8MB image. XD

Also, take a look at her with inverted colors - she looks awesome. I'll have to explore making an OC pony with a similar color scheme...

Okay, I just got done watching the first episode of "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic". Despite all that was made of it, the idea of me watching a show with those visuals and those names still seemed a bit wonky. While this might still end up being overrated, it's still a good show nonetheless. This already seems light years ahead of the bar set by other girls shows.

As for Nightmare Moon herself, I did notice one potentially fatal flaw in her plan. Even if she was stronger than all the ponies in the library at the end of the first episode combined, she also seems to be one of those villains with a 0% approval rating. That means Twilight Sparkle and co. should have no trouble finding allies.
